We recently discovered a bedbug infestation in one bedroom. Arizona Heat Pest Services treated that room plus the entire house with chemical and killed the bugs. We were so grateful for the services that Leroy provided. He did an excellent job explaining everything to us and completing the treatment effectively. We were able to return to the house later the same day.

The service is great. They are punctual attentive and courteous every time they have been here. I have been using them for more than 3 years now. What beats all that is the fact that I do not have any type of bugs at all. I just love Sal .

Bed Bug Service. Go for the full heat treatment if you can. I did half and half due to my circumstances; It took a minute longer to eradicate but we finally did it. The entire team is thorough and patient.

I can’t say enough good things about Austin! I had a bird in my fireplace in a spot that it could fly into my house at any given moment. A different company came out and they weren’t able to get the bird which is when Austin came to save the day! He got the very stubborn bird out and closed the damper to ensure no others could get in. My advice, don’t waste your time with other companies, this is the company to go to, they will be the only people I trust with my pest issues from here on out. I cannot thank Austin and Sean enough for the incredible work they did. They quickly got to me same day I called for an inspection and Austin found the nasty little bed bugs in rooms another pest control company couldn't find them in. These guys know what they are doing. They are kind, which is important since obviously everyone is devestated to find out they have those nasty little bugs biting you in your sleep. They got me scheduled 3 days later for the heat treatment. Sean came out to do my treatment and was also so kind and polite and assured me the service would eradicate the issue. They are knowledgeable when it comes to pets in the house during treatment and told me where to place my bunny. They also knew what steps we needed to take to keep our fish safe and all of the fish survived. I am so glad I called them, just wish I would’ve called them first. (: When I came home I could just feel that the treatment had worked which I never had that feeling with the other pest control company I called out. We are so grateful for the way Austin and Sean helped us to finally be rid of Bed Bugs. We tried to follow the instructions on the Internet diligently February to March, ultimately and sadly to no avail. They came back, one here, one there, two here and so on. These brothers were so thorough in explaining absolutely everything we needed to know about our situation, about the prep we had to do which was extensive for us, about what they would do, about their guarantee, and more. We are an older couple and were quite worried about everything. They were so patient in answering all of our questions, so thorough in inspecting the apt to make sure we had prepped correctly (he even found the chocolate we forgot to put in the fridge as it would melt from the heat treatment). We felt very comforted and informed by the time we left our apt in Sean's hand. They must also use a spray along with the high heat and I was concerned about my sensitivity to chemicals. To our delight, when we returned, there was no smell and the apt did not feel chemically. But it did feel Bed Bug Free. Don't waste your time trying to do it yourself and don't try going to any other company. Go directly to Arizona Heat Pest Control. That is where you will receive the best price, the best work, the most ethically company. And they really do sincerely care about each customer they help.

We had Sean and Austin out to help us and they were both great. Very personable and we felt like they were very knowledgeable. They helped us with our problem and we were also very impressed with how quickly they could schedule you. When you have a bug problem, you want it fixed yesterday. They came out to look at it same day and were ready to schedule us for treatment as quickly as we could be ready for it. They're very reasonably priced compared to the first quote we received from another larger company. We definitely recommend AZ Heat Pest to anyone needing their specialty. It pays to go with someone that specializes in this.

I can’t speak highly enough of AZ Heat Pest Services. Several years ago I had the misfortune of moving into an apartment that came with bedbugs! The management company’s exterminator was not well rated online and after I researched thoroughly, found they would not provide the most effective treatment for bed bugs - extreme heat. Fortunately, I at least was able to retain services on my own and Lenny provided a really high level of advice, help, reassurance and remediation (plus the service had a warranty!) More recently, gearing up for another move, I found suspected carpenter ants near and under a very meaningful piece of antique wood furniture (didn’t care about the rental I was moving out of). I contacted a few places for consultations/estimates for the furniture alone, and the other companies didn’t get back to me quickly, or advised I call an antique store (what?!). I wasn’t sure if AZ Heat treated for pests besides bedbugs, but they do and Tony came out and verified there was thankfully no active infestation plus provided advice for preventing potential future issues with the older wood furniture - not only that, he spotted a can of Raid on his way out and asked if we had any other issues, and offered some helpful guidance I hadn’t even thought to ask for. Cannot thank you all enough for your hard work, kindness, and the peace of mind that comes with that!!!

Our bedbug problem started in June of 2022. We contacted an "exterminator " that turned out to be a ripp off. Next we tried renting electric heaters,wich kinda worked exept we missed a spot. So bugs came back, we bought a spray on Amazon wich kept them under control for about 2 weeks at time after spraying. I finally contacted az heat april of 2023 they responded quickly,Austin and Shaun put us at ease and treated our home most professionally. So here we are 6 months later and there has been no sign of them. BUGS ARE GONE!!!!. And I'm sure for good! Having Bedbugs in our lives was pretty stressful. With the money we spent and time,we should have gone to this company in the first place. Believe me there worth it!
