Understanding Your Bed Bug Treatment Options
The chart below compares the three main bed bug treatment options we offer: Whole Home Heat, Partial Heat, and Pesticide-Only. Each has its own strengths, limitations, and warranty duration. Choosing the right option depends on how advanced your infestation is, your home's layout, and how quickly you want the problem resolved.
Whole Home Heat Treatment
Our most popular and most effective solution. We raise the entire home’s temperature above 150°F to kill bed bugs and their eggs. In most cases, only one treatment is needed. This is the best option for severe infestations or homes where DIY sprays have spread the problem. Includes an 18-month warranty and is eligible for our lifetime warranty when paired with our recurring pest control plan.
Partial Heat Treatment
A lower-cost option used when bugs are confirmed in one area (e.g., just the upstairs or just one bedroom). We heat that space and apply pesticide throughout the rest of the home. You’ll get immediate relief in the heated zones, but there’s a chance of bed bugs appearing in the un-heated areas over the next 30-45 days. Includes a 12-month warranty.
Pesticide-Only Treatment
This option is reserved for light infestations. It’s the most affordable but takes time to work. Bed bugs may still be seen (and bites may still occur) for 30-45 days while the treatment works. Includes a 6-month warranty. Pesticides are carefully applied only into furniture crevices, away from surfaces people touch.
We Stand Behind Our Work - No Hidden Fees
If live bed bugs are unexpectedly found in a heated area within the first 30 days, we return for a free follow-up heat treatment in that zone. Throughout the full warranty period, any return activity in treated areas is covered with no-cost pesticide reapplications. We’ve refined our methods over thousands of treatments since 2012 and we won’t leave you stuck dealing with it alone.
Limited Lifetime Bed Bug Warranty
Want lifetime bed bug protection? Customers who sign up for our general pest control services after qualifying heat treatment are eligible for a Lifetime Bed Bug Warranty – as long as services are not skipped or canceled. This warranty continues to protect your home if the bed bugs ever return. You also get protection from most other common Arizona pests like ants, spiders, and more.

How do I qualify for the Lifetime Warranty?
To qualify, you must sign up for our general pest control services after your qualifying bed bug heat treatment. As long as services are not skipped or canceled, your warranty remains active for life.
What happens if bed bugs come back during the warranty?
If live bed bugs are found in previously treated areas during the warranty period, we’ll return and apply pesticide at no cost. If live bed bugs are found in a heated area within 30 days, we will re-heat that area for free. Some exclusions may apply, contact us for more information.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes, in some cases. Additional fees and services may be required.
Do I need to keep paying for pest control to keep my warranty active?
Only if you want the Lifetime Warranty. Our 6, 12, or 18-month warranties are included automatically with qualifying treatments. To extend protection for life, ongoing general pest control service is required.
What if I live in a rural or out-of-area location?
We service most of Arizona, but for areas like Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff, or Show Low, we may charge a small trip fee for any follow-up visits during your warranty period.
How do you determine if it’s a re-infestation or a new introduction?
Our trained technicians assess the evidence during inspection. If bed bugs are found in treated areas within the warranty period, we treat them at no charge. If they’re in untreated or new areas, additional service may be needed.
Are there any hidden fees for follow-up visits?
No. We don’t charge for follow-up inspections or product reapplications in normal service areas during the warranty period. Transparency and customer care are part of our promise.
